If you are interested in screening the porch, you can get aluminum screening which is more resistant to box cutters and switch blades then the standard fiberglass cheapy screens if you want.

New LVP flooring upstairs to replace all the carpet, new cabinets and countertops in the 2.5 bathrooms, new fiberglass shower in the guest bathroom, new walk in shower (tiled) in the master bathroom, next lights/sinks/faucets/toilets/etc in all bathrooms, new paint on kitchen cabinets, new pulls on kitchen cabinets, new ceiling fans throughout, and fresh paint throughout.

Was wondering if it worth it to go with fiberglass doors to prevent rust on steel doors?

We thought of having it converted to a one-piece acrylic or fiberglass shower and called Home Depot.
