I've been lucky to meet more interesting and experienced people who are willing to pick up the phone when I have questions and work together with me.

Greg,You are correct I made some opinions based on reviews and a youtube video I watched where the first thing the gentleman said is "We are Not a lender".

Other investors can tell you who’s good (and who to avoid).Ask Realtors & Property Managers They work with contractors all the time and can usually point you in the right direction.Check Reviews & Directories Websites like Angi, HomeAdvisor, and even Google Reviews can help you find reputable contractors.

You have to work with someone that is experienced and very active in the field.

I've asked a couple questions in the slack so far and have had almost immediate responses from very experienced members.
