@Dan DiFilippo for the sake of the conversation, I can’t wrap my head around crypto being a de facto currency as an ever expanding population needs a money supply to expand somewhat with it, or the ensuing hikes to interest rates caused by more and more people chasing a finite resource would decimate the economy.I freely admit I haven’t researched this enough, but interested to hear thoughts.Full disclosure I don’t have any crypto whatsoever, and think if it becomes as widespread as bullish views want it to be, I could end up accepting rent in BC or sell a property or 2 and convert to BC.

Hilarity ensued. 

While we knew that all hard money lenders are not created equal, and some could be good….we knew from our own experience that using hard money could cause a deal to fall apart by making the process less seamless than we needed it to be.What ensued was a month-long nightmare that tested our patience and threatened to derail everything we had worked for.The lender moved at a snail’s pace, bogging us down with endless requests for additional walkthroughs, appraisals, and paperwork.

When a "hold over" turns into a squatter, hilarity ensues. ;-)

Did I want to attend the “show” that was sure to ensue?  

Whether a home is habitable or not will be a factual issue decided by a judge or jury if litigation ensues.

Nasty grams ensue.

It happens all the time that when they do, they get out there and its not even close to what was discussed and problems ensue. 

Well, dad decided he wasn't ready for the ensuing responsibilities of being a husband and father and skipped out, leaving mother and daughter in the lurch.

I think the major issue these days is these are  transactions for those with money and experience but with the internet and the Pace Morby's of the world you are going to see a lot of folks with no where near the experience or ability to handle these get into these deals and the train wrecks that will ensue..
