Also I am highly suspect of a company that would use an endorsement on their hope page of the controversial author Regina Jackson, whose claim to fame is hosting expensive workshops and writing books that claim all white people are racists. 

This isn't really that earth shattering, just kind of annoying.The title insurer will usually require the scope of work and any lien waivers to issue certain endorsements required by lenders for recently rehabbed/constructed properties.Permits are all public record anyway - and often double checked by the appraiser.So - while it is kind of annoying, a lot of this work is already required to complete the transaction anyway.Just my thoughts.

Having an SEC registered REIT, along with several positive reviews and endorsements from actual investors, instilled a great deal of confidence in me.

Remember most of Pace's minions have limited understanding of this business so you have to take any endorsements with some level of skepticism. 100% true. 

You have to endorse it, and the HUD consultant verifies the work has been completed.

If you bought the endorsement "Back of Sewer and Drain" then any backup would be covered. up to that limit in your policy. 12 inches of mud would not be a back up.

I hope all works out the best for you, but I cannot and will not allow unproved endorsements of these deals remain unchallenged. 

I'm also wondering what others thoughts are on the integrity of REICLUB to host and appear to endorse a program that is clearly a SCAM. 

I am not endorsing gurus to anyone, but I like his program and think it will benefit investors who are new and need guidance in real estate investing.
