Thank you for saving me from some unnecessary headaches.On that note, can anyone recommend/endorse a reputable educator with experience in wholesaling?

DC has its own set of rules—often requiring a Basic Business License with endorsements for specific trades. 

I recently passed my MLO exam and decided to keep my real estate broker license separate from my MLO license, which means my real estate license will not be endorsed.

Kalamaras, we were ready to close your file, we needed to change Title Companies as your Title Agency was refusing or could not add proper endorsements because of their Underwriting Insurance Carrier.  

I 100% endorse adding in the escrows for taxes and insurance to set the buyer/borrower up for success. 

Also I am highly suspect of a company that would use an endorsement on their hope page of the controversial author Regina Jackson, whose claim to fame is hosting expensive workshops and writing books that claim all white people are racists. 

Just remember that they are listed there not because they have been thoroughly vetted and endorsed by Bigger Pockets.

They didn’t recommend or endorse any of them, but it seemed legit.

Having an SEC registered REIT, along with several positive reviews and endorsements from actual investors, instilled a great deal of confidence in me.

I hope all works out the best for you, but I cannot and will not allow unproved endorsements of these deals remain unchallenged.
