I have other existing consumer products.So I would outfit the RV with Solar and Starlink to provide power and internet at all times. 

:)There are always some kind of good deal on furniture out there and I just have to pass because I am not currently looking to outfit another STR and I have no space.I would love to have a 10k sqft warehouse to store stuff when I find it so I have it @Patricia Andriolo-Bull

You also have to think about outfitting common spaces, how your going to do that, and how your going to do it in a way that keeps the "village" happy and nice with everyone.

It shocks me sometimes how unorganized some outfits are.We do lots of referral business with a private lender who gives FNs a 70% cashout on properties worth 178.500+. 

-Detailed inventory and inspection of owners property (this is done for LTR also, but few LTRs are fully furnished and outfitted). 

You might as well go with a big outfit such as Buildium or Doorloop.Had the accounting portion been included in the base annual subscription price I might have stuck with it.

Yet they bought a portable machine that could only wash one outfit at a time to save money.

I'd try to fill at least a few spots to get some income coming in, and then do a rolling conversion to MTR as you have the cash to outfit a unit with everything an MTR needs.

But we were hungry and chose one outfit that served us right away.
