I'm thinking that I need to go to an electronic receipt tracking system, I've been doing it old school all these years - dump them on my desk, some month down the road go through them all and file them to folders for reach property, start a new folder each year. 

You can also download it directly in PDF format from my business page - Premier Cleveland Investing (scroll down to "resources").

We just put them in a folder by address and date. 

Just download their tax package and you're done!

@Patricia Andriolo-Bull, not sure if they've iterated the system since you did yours, but now there's a button for downloading the filing transcript (a PDF containing all the info that you submitted). 

Download everything you can and find a new PMC ASAP!
