One of my units MAY be in an area that is going down hill, but I could absolutely be wrong.

Effectively a 'Firestorm' is a dry hurricane that rains fire, with nearly indefensible circumstances, just like the catastrophic flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes and other disasters they have and will intensify in severity and rapidity.Beyond directly impacted property owners, investors, insurers and businesses, the downhill effects of the SoCal fires on the immediate and surrounding areas are astronomical and still somewhat incomprehensible.

I have one property in an area going down hill and this is common. 

It went downhill from there. 

The service went downhill.

Many started off in 2010 - 2019 with downhill terrain and the wind at their back.

Most properties they have to bush hack up and down hills and through jungle.  

I had more than one contractor do a great job on the first and then go downhill from there.

The key element is :"the intent of which is the transfer of title"in law, the intent can be the determining factor, it doesn't have to actually occur or be done in a specific manner.You can speed because you have your foot down too hard on the pedal or you can speed because you are going down hill.

Given how majority of other crowdsourced platforms have gone downhill in the last few years, I should have been not surprised at the Dec webinar announcement.
