Do you prioritize equity growth or cash flow in your investments?

I am basically shorting the US-dollar.

Additionally, the cost to create a business here is not as inexpensive as the United States, in some cases it can cost thousands of dollars to setup. 

As I invested a few years back, my returns have been pretty good with cashflow and appreciation. 

I have about 1$110K to invest, and I am looking to invest in the next few months. 

@Matt Powers  Have you done any training, schooling in real estate investing? 

They have 4.8 stars out of almost 1000 reviews, and the BBB gives them an A+ rating but they require 4 to 6 thousand dollars up front to work with them.
