It still astounds me the dire self inflicted living conditions some people & their children will 'survive' in.

As we continued to chat, we learned that many, many of their tenants are poor and on fixed incomes, some are older people and some are in sad straits to say the least.

What i point out, is the rest of the world is not some weak frail helpless thing in dire need of the US as it was post WWII.

I don't think you need someone who is highly real estate focused just yet as the situation you describe above is pretty strait forward.

People do not wait for a mailer call or text when they are facing a dire problem.

Depressed area but in DIRE need of low cost housing AND also self storage...

Things were in dire shape due to neglected maintenance.
