@Joel Florek I'm working a $6.125 MM industrial deal right now with a similar structure, currently in dialogue with a few banks and have a seller who will play ball.

It makes the dialogue more between the two members rather than with the whole membership (unless you take extra steps to click on every triangle).

I open dialogue with you, and you don't have much to respond to except your same narrative. 

How you missed that in all of this dialogue is beyond me, but hopefully now it makes sense to you.

Have a good dialogue with your agent, ask all the questions, and make sure you're transparent about what you're liking/not liking about the properties. 

I agree with the op that for the most part the idea of privacy as an effective or meaningful concept in asset protection planning is a fallacy.But the idea that folks are of different “camps” in asset protection planning is unfortunate as it is not a useful dialogue IMHO.

You will get places much quicker by having constructive dialogues with those who challenge you, not those who appease you.What do you think?

We are discussing amicable resolution now and I will keep this thread updated if anything changes part of the ongoing dialogue.
