I wonder if there is a way to web scrape for when a new realtor is hired or passed exams in the area so that I could hit them up immediately.  

Or I could suck it up and create a brand new website on WordPress for $1000 and then not have to pay more than $10 a month for the web hosting.

That kind of errand is not the sort of thing they are paid to do and our liaison wasn't able to devote enough time to the problem on a daily basis to make it happen which I completely understood but it was still frustrating.
