I do use bleach and detergent but that is it.

I supply toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap at all sinks, dishdetergent, dishwasher pods, one new dishwashing sponge, spray oil, salt & pepper (I buy the plastic disposable ones for picnics so they can't be refilled) and a few other spices, trash bags, some cleaning supplies such as Simple Green and microfiber cloths, coffee filters, plastic wrap, ziploc baggies, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.Guests are asked to bring their own shampoo, conditioner, personal soap for showers, sugar, creamer and coffee.

I will add some to Greg's: detergent for the washing machine so you cleaner can wash the sheets.  

This will be a place they can put their detergent, bleach, etc or even to store some folded towels etc.

Do the owners supply things like soaps, dishwasher, laundry detergent?

I would ere on compensating them for the sharing myself... maybe if you buy them laundry detergent for a year or something....

I also send cover letters and flyers to every welding school, instrumentation school, and refinery in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama.Amenities:  Washer/dryer and laundry detergent, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, cable tv in every room, wifi, sheets blankets and towels, soap, t.p. paper towels, outdoor grill. 

.; but they want some higher quality t.p. to wipe with (like Charmin) so they take it upon themselves to buy the higher quality stuff.Now laundry detergent, we put the good stuff in there. 

If there was a little more cashflow, would it eliminate an argument here or there about what brand of laundry detergent to use or to use hot or cold water?
