@Jim G.Per the International Residential Code if the glazing is less then 60 inches vertically from a standing or walking surface then yes it’s required to be safety glass as it’s considered a hazardous area.  

Key points include:Security Deposits: In Indiana, there’s no legal cap on security deposits, but you must return the deposit (minus any valid deductions) within 45 days of the tenant vacating the property.Evictions: Follow the formal process carefully.

I'd ask for vet documentation for proof pet has received all state required vaccines.

@Jaycee Greene  they require a non refundable deposit and give 48hrs to see proof of funds 

So far, I have only had direct bookings with previous guests that booked with me before on Vrbo and Airbnb, and they were good then so I didn't require a deposit. 

If it's not a holiday, I would say, "No, the deposit remains in place until your lease ends."

I have a separate interest bearing account for security deposits as required by my state laws.

Generally speaking, with SFR or small multis, I just rely on the lease/rent roll (and some form of proof of payment; i.e. bank statements, deposit receipts, tax returns, etc.). 

A deposit on that site is required to bid.

.: I haven't passed this past legal review so for what its worth: Part of my standard requirements for everyone include income is at least 3X rent, minimum credit score, say 640, Clean record and no evictions as well as deposit is paid in full at signing of lease and 1st month rent is paid in full prior to handing over the keys.
