Try using that to deny an ESA in your housing and you're going to be very sorry.

We don't rely on insurance, they love to deny.

When I tried to ask for a refund I was denied, despite showing proof that the website was faulty.

I wouldn't charge the tenant for that.The second leak was abuse/neglect, so I would definitely charge.

Washer/dryers are often abused, so there's the initial cost of purchase and the risk of increased repairs.

He continues to deny he lives there, lied to the police when they came with a code violation and inspection, and most recently overloaded the electrical and blew/snapped the line! 

This area and this house will attract some of the worst STR abusers you can find.  

Deny the ESA.
