We’ve tried other platforms on the market, but the message delivery rates were very low compared to the 85%+ I get here.

How is access for deliveries?

I’m looking to expand my network and connect with other investors, realtors, and real estate professionals—especially those who are growth and collaboration-oriented.

I have sales reps that know me, free delivery, net 90 billing, constant product updates a bullet proof warranties.

@Leslie L Meneus, while the forums can be pretty good, in-person networking and sharing ideas is much more valuable.  

They're going to want to check with state law to confirm how the general assembly sees "notice delivery" as a whole. 

You need to send him a letter with proof of delivery required (a cheap date with US postal service) and you can also post the Notice in a sealed white envelope marked confidential to his door - and take a photo of it for proof of delivery.
