I tried to keep it as cheap as possible, but it was a bit more of a challenge there than it is here in Buenos Aires where I am currently writing from (especially with so much delicious poke around).

You gotta check out La Pizzeria food truck for some delicious slices or hit up Carmine's for tasty Italian eats on a budget.

Egress window in basement bedroom makes it deliciously legal.Furnace is just to the left of the door.

The whole thing would be fascinating, the honey is likely delicious and if you can get somebody to film the whole process, you've got an amazing show on your hands.The renovations after the bees are gone will be incredibly messy and the vast majority of the drywall, if not all of it, is going to have to go.  

Lunch was provided (delicious).

Although it's maddening to have the money to buy (and to not be able to find a delicious deal) it's even more maddening to buy a property where the numbers don't make sense. 

The Iowa pork chops are thick, juicy, delicious, and about $2 a pound.

The decor was probably bought second hand when they opened decades ago, but their food is delicious and it has a great small town atmosphere and some round tables that multiple people can talk around. 

We had vacation planned for Asheville in the fall (cycling the mountains and drinking delicious beer) until that stupid hurricane came through!  

Other than that, the salmon and crab are delicious.
