Some high and lowlights:- I had one tenant that brought German cockroaches in and then blamed it on me- Same tenant asking if her daughter can visit but failed to mention it was 5 more very noisy people- another tenant having constant loud arguments with his gf- tenant saved some of my stuff when the house flooded due to a pipe burst and another time during a monster rain storm.

I love my daughter very much, and want to make sure she has every opportunity.

No it's your friends boomer parents giving the downpayment to your Gen Z/millennial friend to buy that house to their newlywed son with their new daughter in law/wife being emotional and running up the price because it's a "dream" house.

Daughter lives in Denver so I'm thinking about that area.     

Hoping to add a mountain cabin (both for investment and to bring our three young daughters to when we can).

We own a home in Mexico, and our neighbor said their daughter unfortunately lost their home in Altedena.

Ex: tenant daughter (that wasn't on the lease and shouldn't have been residing in the property) broke one of the railing spindles and didn't notify me.

When I used to have RE Broker in my title ( I still have the license just dont practice) I would get folks pinging me about Vegas about once a quarter or so and I would hand those leads to my Daughter  she made some pretty awesome connections from a few of those folks that bought multi million dollar homes..

Had someone dating his daughter and they did something bad.  

My oldest daughter moved to TX "for the warmer weather" and I was laughing with her the other day that TX was same temp and had more snow.
