I would recommend shadowing a few loan brokers for the first 3 months being newly licensed. 

From there ask them if you can come shadow projects or help manage.

I may have lost all my money and my car, but I can hang my head high knowing that I did it.I completed two flips 2,000 miles away without any prior experience.After every dark night, a brighter day appears.

Until he wasn't.Sometimes people change due to pressures we don't see, and sometimes people are just like m&ms . . . dark on the inside with pretty painted shells. 

NO MATTER HOW HARD OR DARK IT GET KEEP GOING !!  

Your photos are also dark which makes it less inviting and cozy for potential guests. 

They appear to have run into liquidity and cash flow issues currently and worst of all have gone dark and not shared any of the requested financial information.

In addition being able to do your own searchs and one thing out west here that was very productive for us/me was just going through the big Plat maps ( the actual mylar / paper ones in the day) We could find shadow plats.

You might be lucky that you might be able to maybe shadow an investor on their flip.
