Nor will you get a Constable to go with you if you have not confronted the issues ahead of time......unless you encounter physical violence or a threat to your life, I highly doubt you will get any support in giving an eviction notice to a tenant.  

Whether that is a sale to you or a 3rd party I don't know but the threat alone may be enough for her to sell it to you.

Hopefully the first letter and threat of eviction record will scare them to leave, or it could drag out for months.

That saves the homes that are already in existence and provides residents with the ability to remain independent in their own homes, free from the stress and resultant health and mental problems that accompany the constant threat of eviction.  

Any additional screenings or criteria should be consistently applied to all applicants to avoid potential discrimination claims.Rental application fraud can be a significant threat to the financial and operational stability of running and operating a property.

Think of vehicles like the cyber truck where you need to sign up ahead of time to pre-order and so many people want it that the value increases shortly after they are released.

I would also be careful talking to property managers - they may have no problem telling about "other" buildings, but change of ownership in their own building is a threat to their livelihood.

The seller setting the amount is illogical, and anti competitive because they set the amount under the threat of a group boycott if they offer too little. 

As soon as you act decisively, demonstrate no fear, do not coward to his threats, and make it clear that you are managing to the lease without concession, he will stop thumbing his chest and making crazy demands.
