Similar story - they’ve never missed a payment.I invested in their Alt coin operation that turns 24% annually.I still can’t help but think it’s a Ponzi scheme.  

You have to realize that if we get another euphoria in the general markets(RE, equities, bonds, crypto, gold, etc.) then places with scarcity in RE will definitively be a pressing subject.

A competitor of ours does it on a platform with smart contract as well as crypto to invest.

Like Having a great base of index funds and a fully funded IRA before throwing savings into crypto or the newest AI quantum-powered dog walking business! 

But the other side of the coin is correct - the downside, and it can be huge, is potential assessments from HOAs who aren't solvent enough for new roofs or roads or maintenance.

Given that birds of a feather flock together, I think you're looking to live almost-rent-free whilst coining it on appreciation.

So if one is going to stack up senior loans and wrap them with owners who cant get mortgages IE sub prime the person doing this better have a boat load of reserves to pay off the underlying when the deals go belly up.. that's the side of the coin that the guru is not going to talk about.
