At one single family house there was an oil haot water boiler with domestic hot water.

Add coconut water or ice tea with the bottled water.

Infrastructure (eg water, sewer, electrical supply to the house) should be the landowners' responsibility.

In the desert it costs me LESS than $20 for water.

We have had many water leaks that have damaged the flooring.

The unobstructed water views for both front STR units can be challenging to determine additional value compared to other 3-unit properties without views.

the front pillars make it look gigantic but its only 3500 sq ft.. very cool curb appeal though ! 

There was so much promised in that webinar, including a better price and much more than one would normally get for that price, but each time I try to do what they were showing that was so cool (and it DOES have cool capabilities) - it's an add-on.
