Hey All - As my fix & flip company has grown in the last two years, we are beginning to bring our own construction in house.

We helped him with a Couple ground up New construction Rentals and He Can use The two property's as new construction experience but not us, this is what had me perplexed.  

A lot of those new construction projects in Bronzeville are on a slab and framed, as I mentioned above!

Now, the VA Construction loan is something I discovered recently.
