To me knowing Detroit area like I do these days I would simply pass on any neighborhood that has bars and caged condenser units and this kind of theft I dont think there is much long term upside and just a ton of risk..

In the future when I start trading up to larger properties (50 to 100+ properties) I will likely sell off my current portfolio to condense my holdings to fewer parcels so that way my time is better utilized. 

The toggle back and forth each season is tougher on your furnace and condenser too!

Normally you add sugar and condensed milk, but these were great fresh. 

I would also strongly recommend mounting outdoor Air Condensers higher up.

It would hold up to water or condensation from cups.

Condensation: where warm humid air meets cold dry air.

If anything, there appears to be a condensing of the price range.
