Lack of startup funding is common. 

Regionality and competition greatly factors into the cost structure.

In a highly competitive tourist market like New Orleans, I update my photos weekly. 

But the diversification may be through a number locations of the same type property, as expertise in one area trumps diversifying into areas where you lack a competitive advantage.  

2  - I often read about some wholesalers lack of knowledge and I must agree that sometimes, it is very true.

Another concern is after the two years, I still wouldn’t be lendable for most properties in my markets due to that lack of income.
