It got me wondering what movies the rest of you were hooked on in your younger years (I think this will separate us into age cliques - could be fun!).

I admit that sounds like an old clique but onwards and upwards!

I see value in paying to be in clique of "Pros" if I am in a community where a concern may be the ability for another new BP member to follow-through on a deal.

Learn to think outside the box (cliqued yes but important) and how to solve the seller’s problem because at the end of the day, this all we do.

With that I'll let you guys trade PMs and run your 5th grade clique.

There aren't any cool kids or nerds cliques here.

However I don't want to come off as the weird SF self-congratulating clique we have here (Amit and bob barker to name a couple)  and blow smoke just because I am personally invested in five houses I own here in Portland. 

Is your group clique-ish so that new members do not feel welcome? 

I think there are certain elements of meetup groups that aren't desired such as the unsolicited sales pitches from tradesmen and/or the group having a clique feel. 

The real estate industry is very clique-ish and having more open doors is crucial in my book.
