Answered my own question/generated a follow-up question:They're located under tools > fileplace > contracts (https://www.biggerpockets.com/files/contracts/cate...)However, I can't find any way to search within the documents, they seem to be in chronological order, and I can't find a way to reorder to alphabetical, topical, etc. so it seems you have to just scroll through all fifteen pages of random documents looking for what you want: does anyone know of a better way to navigate the state-specific lease agreements?

These are rare indeed, but they do occur; when you have a subordination agreement, lien positions don't turn out to be in the chronological order in which things were recorded.

I would pull the mortgage and assignments out and stack them in chronological order.When you identify the last owner of the mortgage, when you contact them be prepared to show them the full chain of ownership including the last assignment of record showing them, they are the owners.

It would be much better if it returned the results with the threads in chronological order, with the newest one showing up first and the older ones at the end.
