I'll paint oil-based Kilz on any exposed char or smoke damage post demo, add new HVAC and plumbing, do a complete rewire, install 3.5 new baths (only 1.5 are new; others will be re-dos) and a new kitchen.

They came by, tried to fix it from my unit, ended up killing the power to half my unit for about 3 weeks before coming back to figure out it was the main breaker was fried and charred like it had tried to catch fire.

To be honest, I don't know what is holding the roof up, but from my initial inspection and what I included in the pictures has been severely burnt to the point it more char than actual wood.As for the foundation, there is at least a 3-5 inch slope across the 2nd floor.

But anyway, it burned part of the dry wall and charred some of the carpet.

The repairs consisted of some dry rot on the chimney sidings and to have the electrical panel looked at by a license electrician to determine whether it's safe since the inspection report found "charred wires".
