to my knowledge there are few if any  EAST COAST row houses in Indy.. its a very big spread out land massI think its far more simple.. they just bought at a price point to be able to back into that 50k end product.so they needed to buy the inventory at 5 to 15k as is.. that's the hood the ghetto whatever you want to call it. it was all driven by price point.. and Morris's characterization that D Class renters are easier to manage than A class because they are just happy to have a home..

Thanks for tagging me Joe.. if we are talking about Jackson MS  I owned about 200 section 8 houses there and agree with @James Wise no way no how is the characterizations in this post from the OP correct its the complete opposite thats why I own zero homes in jackson and would never very do section 8 or any rental for that matter there..
