I work many many hours, and I practically do not see children at all: I turn their cartoons on, and that’s all they do all day long.

Rarely is it done overnight or by a single generation...acquiring and keeping extreme wealth is a long building process.One of my favorite cartoon drawings is a short series: it shows a large wagon holding a few meek individuals and a lot of folks pulling the wagon.

Always keep in mind that no matter how many times you read the book or watch the cartoon.

Most of the novelty candies (like Spongebob candy or anything related to a cartoon) come from China and should not be eaten under any circumstances.

Though my middle boy is always the first one up and we have some quiet time just us 2 watching cartoons before everyone else wakes up.

It reminds me of a saying from one of my favorite cartoon characters, Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) said: "I find it easier to keep everyones expectations low, so I don't have to try hard."

Buy enough of these properties, my kiddos will be swimming in gold coins like Scrooge McDuck in the cartoon with all the other landlords. 

It is "the yellow book" covering all the basic rental practices and even imparts the unique landlord sense of humor you will develop over time  (via the funny cartoons).

There are other books you could buy on managing rental properties, but I really like this one and it has awesome cartoons.

Stock market now is like the road runner cartoon running off the edge of the cliff.........once he looks down, boom down he goes!
