Hello I need new construction financing for two lots in a booming subdivision in Lords Valley PA.

Is the appreciation still the same after the building boom that happened during the 2020-25 years because supply has significantly increased in red states and still constrained in blue states?

Net migration is still positive but has slowed from the crazy net migration numbers during the boom years.

As a broward county investor, I'm not exactly expecting a boom in prices over the next 3-5 years. 

But if you still want it, then boom.

In a lot of markets, there was a large boom in STRs following Covid lockdowns going away.

That’s why I’m here.I’ve been through different cycles in the industry, from booming markets to downturns, and I’ve always been fascinated by how investors and professionals adapt and find success in any environment.

So as you can see, almost back down to where it was before the big RE boom, whereas in most STR markets the homes are still 2x the price they were in early 2021 if not more.
