The lot I am looking at is near a Dam and the power in my area is super cheap.  

China has cheaper labor, almost no EPA constraints, far cheaper electric power with their new Dam, etc.

If you finance the entire purchase price it is dam hard to find a deal that even breaks even. 

Plus none of us want this part of the tax law eliminated because some eager beaver IRS person keeps hearing of this "STR loophole" and decides to take steps to either change or get rid of it.
