I also take pesos, gold, silver, cars, motorcycles, trade houses, airplanes, stocks, bonds.... etc... to piece a deal together and get paid!

I don't care if the person giving you advice or pitching you has been on 100 podcasts and has their name on the side of an airplane.

I'm not a fan of buying anywhere near SFO with airplanes flying over you (or the tenant).  

Last time I was flying my airplane up in BC  the beetle kills was of biblical proportions  It was pretty wild to see it at 2k feet above ground level..

@Jon Holdman  my airplane partner has gone and done this in Oregon fully licensed and approved by the CCB  https://www.relevantbuildings.com/   check it out.. his market to start is rural cabins that can be locked and left.. and he has a multi going up in St.

Like vehicles  airplane or equipment for your contracting business .. or real estate with its bonus depreciation but its going down and not as attractive as a few years ago for sure.
