People write essays on their position, instead of bullet points on the facts, pros, cons etc.  

You are treated as a "student" trying to gain "admission" to their program. 

Exonerated 4 times, $0 cost, and the last one paid a $500 settlement plus my attorney's fees with no admission of wrongdoing on a $15k suit.

Is the sponsor a good person, maybe but I know a lot of good people who I would not do many things for me. this is not giving someone a bid for admission to a fraternity, its your money and people need to understand the knowledge of the person they are giving it too.

By your own admission you don’t have the balance sheet to buy real estate or borrow and haven’t taken any projects full cycle.

The  fact that Scott looked at my profile and gave me candid and action feedback on something that I've spent YEARS building was trully incredible and honestly worth the cost of admission just for that one breakout.
