We never install glass block windows, but instead install a custom acrylic block window that is factory made, higher R value, replacement window installation, no mortar to ever maintain.

sometimes it's easier and about the same price to just rip it all out, put in a new acrylic tub & shower surround from home depot ($500), toilet ($120), and vanity ($200).

Give me a apt complex of like 75 or a hundred I can go as low as $160 for a FULL SHOWER and tub but only a 1 year warranty and a single THICK coat of acrylic with 2 primer coats.

If it has a damaged surface just pull and replace (expensive but lasts longer...do acrylic and set in spray foam or plaster of paris) but if surface is okay use caulk remover to get the caulk softened between the tub and surround.
