Being a broker in Western Washington and an investor in Tacoma, I completely understand the challenge of getting started in this market.

We also tell them that we charge $25 per hole for TV mounts, shelves etc I think that $10 up-front investment has reduced the number of issues by probably 80%.Our walls are textured (sand textured in Milwaukee, orange peel textured in the western suburbs - yes, there is an actual dividing line), so we try to avoid the usual palm-sized patch and fill only the hole without making it bigger, so we can get away without texturing.

So probably no Michigan or State but Western Michigan. 

Hello -  My husband and I are experience real estate investors, with several LTR/MTR/STR located in Ohio and Geogial,    in 2022,  we purchased a seasonal boutique motel in Western New York.

Hi Everyone, I own and self manage 2 of my own properties here in Western NC.

We primarily focus on residential multi-family and so far we have stayed in the Western Mass area.

I think I'm paying about $4300/yr on a $600k property but that's in western NC and rates will vary by location.
