There are a few things to watch for: if you are a nurse and work night shifts and your tenant has kids that make some noise, it may not be a good situation. 

Keep watching the market and align yourself with people who are actively buying, they will have their fingers on the pulse of what is going on. 

I’ve been watching the Oklahoma market closely, and it’s shaping up to be one of the best places to invest this year.

It was pretty interesting watching this all play out..

I'd say the biggest landmine to watch out for is our property taxes.
