Trying to figure out whether is it worth transitioning my 2br 1ba 1100 sqft unit to midterm rental from long term rental in Renton WA?

I have a client that lives in Hawaii but owns a property in DC area.

So as for Russell who noted his success in the WA DC market ( expensive) I wonder if @Steve K. gets the same for his market in Boulder Co. ( expensive).

A significant number of my clients are from out of state, including many from Washington State and California.

I am interested in possibly doing so. Possibly in capital hill area.
