we are still doing deals in commercial but mostly in the retail/med space. 

I have, in some cases, seen basement space totally ignored in valuation.

Neither that course, nor City Park are really all that great, using that space for a true park is, in my view, a great move for the city. 

I am a self-entrepreneur and know the importance of office space. 

But I think it has more to do with how different individuals handle what is technically an invasion of their space and privacy.
