Often we have to do 40-60% of a skim coat to the walls upon move out.

If the new owner pays on the loan its not "equity skimming" from what I understand of it.

They might only skim an inspection report and trust me to find issues.

I caught myself wanting to skim over it and stopped.

Obviously, I have a higher dollar mortgage, so your results may vary, but this isn't milk money, it's life changing money simply from rearranging the way you pay your number one expense.

Some days are pretty minor, but you need to skim, check filters, check ph, check cholrine, etc. 

I skimmed through it .. basically they are saying take a loan on your house  then loan that money to a credit worthy company/individual and make the delta just like any lender in the US that uses OPM to lend to others and make the delta.. although they talk about a sweep account so if your on top of it you can knock down your interest quicker than doing it manually. the real question is who are these credit worthy partners to lend to.. this could go turtle very easy .. 

that is accurate.i skimmed the responses and didn't see anyone mention house hacking.
