Little update, I got a silent partner to go halfies with me on a lot.

I get the same BS its a joke.Keep in mind Ken M sells the same program OR he did for 15k each client  and I bet he was picking up 2 to 5 clients off of BP per month when he was subliminally advertising himself as the sub to guys..

My account manager has basically gone silent.

(I am a silent investor, the developer is doing all the heavy lifting, and we split profits at the end)

I do have a silent investor, but when it comes to securing funding, it often feels like I’m navigating it alone.

Does everyone else find it odd that @Dutch Mendenhall has been an active participant on this site for years and he goes silent while @Brent Mendenhall picks up the pieces? 

For a truly passive experience you'd probably need to be an investor in private equity deals or be a silent partner on a project.

It is a great deal for the silent investor as they typically make 50% - 100% COC in less than a year.

Then the other one has been completely silent.
