Hey y'all, Recently purchased an abondoned car wash, converting to storage units.

Think if someone like Public Storage builds next door.

Storage: Have you ever been inside of a home with not enough storage?

I would appreciate if you could give me some insight what would you do if you were in my shoes?

I am eager to start but can't get around the glaring issue of not having initial capital so I was wondering if there are any methods you guys would use to raise capital if you were in my shoes or is it just time to put my head down and put in long hours? 

Outdoor storage, moving services, additional parking.

Go straight into focusing on creative finance, subject to, and minimal cash down deals and build from there.I want to hear your thoughts on what direction to take here if you were in my shoes given these constraints (full time job and a few thousand saved) and you want to optimize for passive income first, then value appreciation?

Sometimes a refi or HELOC can be an alternative if you want to hold onto the property.If I were in your shoes, I would start looking at a refi first and see if that would be the most beneficial choice. 

So choose wisely and good luck I like the passive nature myself of boat and RV storage.
