You have recycled the container which is good, but is anything else more sustainable or recyclable vs any other type of build job?

Its taken basically 12 years to get back to maybe half of what I had at the time.Bottom line RE cycles and I suspect most of the folks that are having issues did what they thought was correct or right and the market has gone against them..

Basically basement dwelling incels with their "command center" of recycled computers and monitors fixated on pornhub and what scammer they are supporting.

I usually take some of the recycled capital and buy a note to pair it with. 

I'm currently doing a ton of BRRRR's and recycling my money to buy more investment properties.

They just keep getting recycled to new suckers every once in a while.  

Grocapitus should be returning the cash available and not yet utilised instead of diverting the investment into projects without investor approval.   

(I feel sorry for those firemen trying to handle the chaos, they weren't told by the reservoir people they had drained the water) The money was diverted to DEI programs of which these characters directly benefited.
