Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027. 

He’s a cash buyer but is looking for ways to purchase at a price point higher than normal so I’m trying to find him someone who can educate us on how to get this type of loan through underwriting and some deals closed and we don’t want to be scammed or played.

So seems like a decent play for cash flow but not much for appreciation.

Most of the bad noise right now is about downtown skyscrapers and REIT or Syndication apartment complexes where they played short term versus long term interest rates wrong.
