I never used Twitter before but just started an account so that I can comment on Assemblyman David Chiu's and other's posts on the eviction moratorium and speak up on my struggles as a small landlord.

Brandon Turner's post on Twitter on Aug 29: "There is a big difference between being busy and being effective, and in the case of a lot of investors; they believe that because they're buying properties, means they are going to succeed."   

Twitter does not even crack the top 50.  

I hit them up through their Twitter feed, and they said they had lots of properties.  

I saw Led Zeppelin live at Kezar Stadium ( San Fran) it was Bill Grahms first out door concert.. before that it was Winterland  and the Fillmore West and sometimes the COW palace..

Dunno if it tagged him but the guys at Drunk Real Estate (@J Scott) talked about this topic a bit in their latest podcast episode regarding LPs or random strangers calling out GPs on Twitter/X.

Chat rooms, inteoduction to email etc. . 2nd phase of the internet was the apps phase, think instagram, twitter, snapchat etc.
