I watched the webinar yesterday and mysteriously they're still having the same chat issues that the assistant wasn't able to fix. 

We're not curing cancer; it's just buying real estate, doing some basic math, buying some furniture and kitchen utensils, maybe getting creative with some amenities, and listing properties on STR platforms...it's daunting when you're new, certainly a grind to get started, but it's not a mystery or puzzle to solve.

And if end buyer can't get a qualified loan anywhere, but will get owner financed purchase from you for 80K then there is no mystery there. 

Solving the great mysteries of life, for all of us, generally requires time and bandwidth, resources unavailable if you're spending all your down time looking for the next off-market deal. 

Airbnb algorithm is a mystery somewhat - but the algo does factor your cleaning fee, cancellation policy, review score, and more when factoring visibility.

He introduced himself for a long time telling us how poor he was and how miserable his life was before he did a mysterious 3 days course...and then briefly talked about investment strategy (super brief)... then he tried selling us the 3 days seminar at a 787$ price if we were to take it on site (I later found out on the internet that the price is 787 whether you take it on site or not).

Indeed, the zEstimates are quite imprecise; its algorithm is a mystery.

So its no major mystery that these are not performing as advertised..

I am not sure what the mystery is.
