I’ve just recently joined BiggerPockets and am introducing myself to the real estate world, I’ve been doing a lot of research, reading, and listening to podcasts to get a good grasp on the realm.

@Bob DoleWell, it seems like you have a very good grasp of the situation and the desired outcomes you are looking for.

I also have a pretty good grasp on UCC law, which is why the  information that the "Bank of Banks" implies is of concern to me, and quite frankly, should be of concern to everyone.

The bonds example was very helpful and made the concept much easier to grasp.

Starting with this will let me get a grasp of rehabbing and how the processes work with lenders.

The importance of grasping real estate principles, finance, and law cannot be overstated but often are ignored because someone spent a weekend at a seminar.
