anyone buying or have experience investing in Riverdale, GA ?

Initially I’m wanting to start in the local Chattanooga/North Georgia area

I am a licensed realtor based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I am currently working on obtaining my mortgage origination license.

Ramping up this year but my wife and I ultimately plan to move to Georgia in 2027 (we already have a realtor for the curious). 

However; in Georgia if the semi-annual inspection finds something wrong, you have to get it done in 24hrs.

I think you have a good plan, BRRRR is still a great route in the current market, and especially for the states you are already in - both Indiana and Georgia are very well positioned for BRRRR deals in my view / experience
