Does anyone have any experience with hiring an agent to host the open house?

All I can speak to is the past two years working with Michelle, Michael and their team and over that time I have had nothing but a great experience. 

But based on my personal experience you won't cash flow with a DSCR loan on a SFR rental.

I do find it odd that as a fellow Realtor, you mention "fat commissions."

Does anyone have experience with buying rental or STR property there or have a connection there that I could speak to?
