Step 1 is to demonstrate real expertise in what you're teaching through verifiable results.Step 2 is to figure out what other courses are failing to deliver and target that.I'm not at all enthusiastic about another real estate guru.

They dumped a lot of money into their experiences category and it failed, they will likely fail ago IMHO.

With the wrong PM it's not a matter IF you Fail it's a matter of When you will Fail.

And I failed.

The tenant fails to pay their last month's rent and leaves the place needing new flooring and paint.

If the electronic lock fails, you provide the tenant with the code so they can access the key.

People who complain about the quality of leads typically fail to understand that it takes months and sometimes even years to nurture and convert a lead.

I don't think 95% fail, I think a vast majority of that don't try.
